Last Wednesday Parmjit attended the launch of the 100inONEHUNDRED challenge, which aims to increase the number of apprenticeships in Gloucestershire by 100 in only 100 days. Over 70 guests from the Gloucestershire business community were in attendance encouraging other employers to support the initiative and invest in apprenticeship training. Parmjit was accompanied by the Minister for Reform and Apprenticeships, Ian Wright MP, on his visit to launch the challenge.

Parmjit discusses the challenge with Ian Wright MP, Minister for Reform and Apprenticeships
On Thursday Parmjit was accompanied by the Minister of State for Employment and Welfare Reform, Jim Knight MP, on a visit to Gloucester College, to meet with current apprentices and employers in support of the event. The progress toward achieving 100 apprenticeships will be closely monitored by the National Apprenticeship Service. Parmjit recognises it is initiatives like these that motivate and inspire raw young talent and provides mutually beneficial opportunities to both young people and employers.
