Parmjit will be joining residents from across Gloucestershire on Saturday to march in protest at Israel's military action in Gaza. If you would like to attend please meet at 11am outside Shire Hall.

There are some lessons that we in this country have learned the hard way. But these important lessons sometimes need to be shared. Maybe the New Year is a good time to consider them.

Just imagine if, at the height of Republican terrorism in Northern Ireland and the mainland, if our government had made a decision to bomb Dublin to smithereens. Rightly, the international community would have been appalled.
